Strategic Thinking in Difficult Times
5 grudnia 2024 10:00:00
Does strategic thinking make sense at a time when the only constant is uncertainty? And if so, how can this uncertainty be effectively managed so that strategy becomes a support, not a burden? These are fundamental questions facing individuals and organizations engaged in strategic thinking. In search of answers, we invite you to the discussion session "Strategic Thinking in Troubled Times."
During the meeting, their perspectives will be presented by:
Michal Boni - former Minister of Administration and Digitization, and Member of the European Parliament. Author of the report "Poland 2030", in which he analyzed the key challenges and directions of Poland's development for the coming decades.
Joanna Kucharczyk-Jurgielewicz is a specialist in program management, partnerships, and strategy at Ashoka Poland. She is the founder of the NGO Forum "Together," an initiative aimed at fostering collaboration among NGOs that provide humanitarian aid and integration support to migrants. Her experience includes working with Polish Humanitarian Action, where she was involved in developing the organization’s long-term strategy and managing its humanitarian programs. Additionally, she provides support to NGOs in developing their strategies, as well as in establishing internal learning, monitoring, and adaptation mechanisms.
Kuba Wygnański - sociologist and social activist, actively involved in the development of civil society in Poland since the 1980s. Co-founder and leader of many NGOs, including the Shipyard Foundation, he played a key role in shaping the country's third sector.
