ABOUT THE EVENT

Strategic Thinking in Social Organizations

Strategic thinking encompasses the reflective processes that social organizations use to make important decisions and plan for the future. Organizations can approach strategic thinking in various ways: they might consider the overall strategy for the entire organization, focus on a specific area of work such as fundraising or communications, or evaluate a single program or project.

Join us in creating the NaviForum 2024 program!

We want the NaviForum to be a lively meeting of practitioners. That's why we want the program to be created in a dialog with participants and attendees.

Do you have an idea for a session? Do you know who would be great to lead it? Or maybe you want to give us a hint about what else should be on the program?
