"Futures as a tool: how to bring trends into strategic planning in social organizations" is a dynamic session that will introduce participants to the world of trendwatching and futures thinking as important tools in strategic planning. During the meeting, participants will learn about methodologies for identifying and analyzing trends and how to use them to build long-term strategies in social organizations. There will also be a discussion - we will talk about practical tips and tools, how to use futwatching in building strategy in an environment of ever-changing realities, and which trends are worth using in your own organization. The aim of the session is to develop forward-thinking competencies and create innovative plans based on trends and possible future scenarios.

She works with companies and organizations on trend analysis and innovation, helping them understand the future and prepare well for change.
